Our guards / security officers are carefully assessed and selected according to their ability to perform duties in line with their ‘PSIRA’ (Private Security Industry Regulatory Body) grading / certification. Although a security guard may be PSIRA certified to a particular grade, our thorough assessment of each new employee enables us to recognize where skills development may be required in order for that individual to comply with our quality service standards.

We continually assess the performance of each of our employees which enables us to recognize particular talents that are suitable for further skills development of the individual.
